On Wednesday, April 17, Congressman Bill Foster met with Will County Executive Larry Walsh, County Board Speaker Denise Winfrey, other county board leadership, and members of the County Executive staff for a discussion about Will County's federal agenda. Recently, county board leadership and Walsh's Chief of Staff Nick Palmer visited federal legislators in Washington D.C. to present the county's 2019-2020 federal agenda which included requests for funding on infrastructure and other county programs. Naloxone training to be offered at 2019 Hero Helps Summit on May 3

Naloxone training to be offered at the 2019 Hero Helps Summit at noon on May 3 at the Edward Hospital Athletic and Event Center at 55 Phelps Drive in Romeoville.

Participants will receive two doses of free Narcan and a certificate at the end of this training. There is no charge for the training but participants are required to pre-register at www.herohelps.org.
