Will County anticipates receiving Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) Consortium funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the period of October 1, 2018 – September 30, 2019 (PY 2018) and is presently accepting proposals for CDBG Public Service and HOME grant funds.

On or about March 13, 2018 the County of Will shall submit a request to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the release of HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds under Title II of the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act, to undertake the following project: single-family housing rehabilitation project in the City of Joliet in Will County. The project will utilize program year 2017 funds that total $156,900.
