NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Will County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at 6:30 P.M. or soon thereafter the matter may be heard, in the Will County Office Building located at 302 North Chicago Street, Joliet Illinois to consider changes to various sections of the Will County Zoning Ordinance 155-9.130 (3) and 155-10.10 (11)  Accessory Uses of the Will County Zoning Ordinance- Use of Cargo Containers. Notice is hereby given that the Will County  Land Use Development  Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. or soon thereafter the matter may be heard, in the Will County Office Building located at 302 North Chicago Street, Joliet Illinois to consider changes to various sections of the Will County StormWater Management Ordinance ( Section 55) and  Water Resource Ordinance,  Chapter 164, Appendix B Firm Panels. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Chicago District released for public comment today the DuPage River draft integrated feasibility report and environmental assessment. The draft report provides a recommended plan to address flood risk on the DuPage River and its tributaries in the counties of DuPage and Will in Illinois.
