People lined up all the way to Scott Street to participate in the first day of early voting. 

The annual book collection event sponsored by Will County’s Resource Recovery and Energy Division and Joliet Park District’s Pilcher Park Nature Center has been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Three more winners have been named by the Will County Land Use Department’s Resource Recovery and Energy Division in the 50^th Anniversary of Earth Day Passport event.

Will County residents cleaned out closets and cupboards to bring a record amount of items to the 15^th annual textile recycling and home goods collection July 13-17 at the County Office Building.
