Virtual Housing Development Workshop

We will host an informative virtual Housing Developers Workshop on Tuesday, November 15, at 10:00 am. As a result, developers, Housing sponsors, and Property Owners will better understand how to secure deferred loans and grants to develop new housing, utilize C-PACE financing for improvements to multi-family buildings, and gain access to these federal funds. In addition, the workshop will provide a question-and-answer segment on each topic.
