Announcement - April 5, 2023
Will County anticipates receiving Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Consortium funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the 2023 Program Year and is presently accepting proposals.
This year, the County is using new web-based grant management software, Amplifund, for grant management. The 2023 Applications are available and can be obtained electronically at

CDBG Allocation $2,082,346
Available for Competitive Application: $1,396,655 ($312,351 of which is public service)
HOME Allocation: $1,404,561
Available for Competitive Application: $1,264,104 ($210,684 of which is reserved for CHDO) HOME
Consortiums funds are allocated 60/40 between projects located or benefitting Will County (60%) and City of Joliet 40%
