Community Development Division is responsible for administering HUD grant funds and preparing the following documents:
- 5-Year Consolidated Plan. Explains the needs and goals of Will County for a 5 year period. The grant cycle for Will County is October 1st to September 30th.
- Annual Action Plan. Explains the projects to be undertaken by Will County during a given grant year. Projects align with goals identified in the County Consolidated Plan.
- Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). Reports on accomplishments and progress toward Consolidated Plan goals.
