Sealed bids shall be received by the Will County Land Use Department, Development Review Division, 58 E. Clinton Street, Suite 100, Joliet, Illinois 60432 until 3 o'clock p.m. local time on September 13, 2018 at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for:
- 612 Randall Ct., Joliet, IL 60433
IN RANDALL HEIGHTS, BEING A SUB OF PRT OF THE W1/2 OF THE SE1/4 OF SEC 15, T35N-R10E.
- 310 Princeton St., Lockport, IL 60441
IN STIRLING PARK, BEING A SUB OF PRT OF THE SE1/4 OF SEC. 34, T36N-R10E.
Contract documents and detailed specifications may be examined at the following location and on the following terms:
Examination: All examinations of contract documents and bid specifications from the Will County Land Use Department can be accessed at www.willcountyillinois.com. Questions should be directed to Rebecca DeGroate via telephone (815) 774-7904 or by email at email@example.com.
Bid Document: Entire bid packet shall be downloaded from the website, completed, and returned, as directed in the bid document. If pages are found to be missing or sections are left blank from the bid documents, the proposal shall be rejected.
Pre-bid: Mandatory attendance at the following properties on the provided date and time:
- 612 Randall Ct., Joliet, IL 60433 September 6, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
- 310 Princeton St., Lockport, IL 60441 September 6, 2018 at 10:40 a.m.
Insurance: The successful bidder shall be required to purchase insurance as set forth in the General Conditions.
MBE/WBE Outreach: Women owned and minority owned contractors are encouraged to submit a proposal.
The County of Will and Will County Land Use Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Bids submitted may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days following the bid opening without written consent of the awarding body. All contractors MUST be registered with SAMs at www.sam.gov prior to submitting a bid.
