Job SummaryOperates and answers phone calls on the facility switchboard system. Greets and directs visitors, residents, staff, vendors and volunteers. Handles general inquiries, makes appointments and answers inquiries; collects and distributes mail and messages; assists with administrative projects as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum QualificationsHigh school graduation or equivalency required. Bilingual Preferred. Must have computer skills, including proficiency of Microsoft Word and Excel, and have related telephone experience. Excellent customer service skills and a pleasant telephone voice required. Pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check required.
Salary Range$13.12 - $23.14 / hour (B7 – E3)
