Job Summary Tracks, compiles and maintains records of activities and transactions, performing a variety of disparate clerical duties, using knowledge of system and procedures.  Position is responsible for tracking and processing all Real Estate Transfer Declarations to be submitted to the state of Illinois, including accurately calculating assessment information.   
Minimum Qualifications The qualified individual will possess a high school diploma (or equivalent).  Three years of experience as an Office Clerk, Typist or similar background required, familiarity with computers. Typing experience required. Customer service required.  Familiarity/background with sales ratio study preferred.   
Salary Range$27,428 - $46,050 (B8 – D9)
