JOB TITLE:
Assistant County Engineer

JOB SUMMARY:
The Assistant County Engineer assists the Will County Engineer in implementing all aspects of design, construction and/or maintenance of county roads, bridges and culverts. Assists in the development and administration of department fiscal year budget and assists in the administration of various funding sources such as Federal funds, state funds and grants and per County Engineer’s statutory duties for County and Township Motor Fuel Taxes and State/Local Bridge funds. Assists in the planning, preparation of design and environmental reports and preparation of contract plans and specifications, schedules for the design and construction of roadway and bridge improvements. Responsible for assisting the County Engineer in the direction and supervision of the County Highway Department. Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the County Engineer.


MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited College, and at least ten (10) years practical experience in civil and highway engineering or in the construction and maintenance of streets or highways, or both, at least two years of which shall be administrative experience of a scope comparable to that of the office for which he is a candidate. Must be registered as a Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois.

Prepares and cooks food items family-style for residents, employees and their authorized guests, in accordance with planned menus, recipe files and required sanitation standards.                                               

 High school graduate or equivalent with secondary or post-secondary culinary arts course-work preferred. Prior background as Assistant Cook or Kitchen Worker preferred. Sanitation certificate required. Must have Illinois Dept of Public Health – Food Service Sanitation Manager Certificate, and pass a drug screening and background check.

JOB TITLE:                                     

Assistant Director of Nursing

                                                           

DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:Performs frequent building rounds and follows-up on resident care issues. Responsible for coordinating the administration of all vaccinations. Review and approve resident referrals. Monitor staff performance for adherence to policies and procedures, counsel, in-service and discipline all nursing staff.  Assists with all oversight/regulatory organizations. Oversee infection control program. Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills.  In absence of Director of Nursing, functions as DON. On-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All other duties as assigned.  Assist with continuing education.                                                    

Must have two to five years clinical supervisory and progressive managerial experience, preferably in a long term care facility. Must have knowledge of infection control and writing policies and procedures. Thorough knowledge of applicable regulations. Previous ADON experience preferred. BSN and Union experience highly desirable. CPR certified. Will County residency also preferred.
