Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Human Resources Department to develop, establish and maintain policies and programs that ensure the successful recruitment, selection and retention of a diverse, well-qualified County of Will workforce in county departments.

We do this by providing exceptional Customer Service to employees and departments. The Human Resources Department utilizes outstanding programs, policies and procedures to achieve equitable treatment of employees and provide a resource for personal success while meeting the objectives of Will County.
