County and its citizens with competent, well-trained and well-informed

› To maintain a classification system providing
a consistent ranking of positions based on complexity of duties and
level of responsibilities
› To recruit and retain qualified employees in
an effective and efficient manner, using all methods necessary to comply
with applicable employment laws and policies of the Board of Commissioners.
› To communicate with new and existing employees
current policies and procedures and changes to these policies as they
occur.
